The wings were delivered on 8/31/2007.
Inventory started right away and lasted all day and into the night with a few breaks here and there. Total time was probably about 8 hours. About 4 hours to actually inventory everything and then another 4 to separate all of the bags of goodies into bins. I labeled all the bins which took some time as well to make things easier in the future.
